About me
Meet Jessica, a beacon of inspiration and leadership as MALHY President of her organization. With a heart dedicated to serving others, she motivates those around her to become better individuals through active involvement in community service. Born in El Paso, Texas, Jessica’s roots trace back to an immigrant background, which has shaped her journey and experiences. For over two decades, she has been a vibrant member of the Temecula/Murrieta Valley community, dedicating her time to various non-profit organizations. GSFE has supported MALHY in a yearly toy drive to raise over 1000 toys for youth in our local community. Her impressive resume includes roles as Past-Chair of the Salvation Army Rehabilitation Center, Past-Make-A-Wish March Madness Committee Member, and Past-Chair of the Riverside Community Health Foundation, among many others. Jessica’s volunteer work is extensive and impactful. She has served as the VP of the Community Reinvestment Act in San Diego and Inland Empire, Membership Coordinator for BNI, and has been involved in children’s ministry, local food pantries, and as a Girl Scout Leader. Currently, she is a proud member Vice President of the Southern California Inland Empire Black Chamber of Commerce. With over 20 years of banking experience, Jessica has also been pivotal in managing youth financial literacy programs. As a mother to two remarkable teenage girls, JoyCelina and Daysha, she founded MALHY Community Outreach Protective Services Inc. to support youth aged 10-25 in navigating social media, social anxiety, and peer pressure. Jessica is not just about work; she finds joy in reading, cooking, and traveling. Adding to her credentials, she is a Process Server, holds a Certificate in Mediation, and is pursuing an etiquette certification to enrich the services offered by MALHY. Educated, well-rounded, and passionate about serving, Jessica is a testament to overcoming challenges and celebrating triumphs, all while staying true to her faith and roots, with Spanish as her first language. As she often reflects, “There’s no limit to what God will do in your life.” (Philippians 2:13)
